Aqua Fit: A coed low-impact aerobic workout designed for beginning to moderate fitness levels. You will burn calories and improve your cardiovascular endurance and fitness through moderate intensity water aerobics and strengthening with resistance equipment (noodles, water bar bells, and kick boards). No swimming ability needed. Slip on water shoes recommended.

Boot Camp: Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. AIM Fitness Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition.

Cardio & Tone: Tired of your same old fitness routine? Well this class is for you. Strength work combine with cardio endurance. Sculpt muscles while burning lots of calories. Easy moves designed for all fitness and coordination levels. If you've never tried our fitness classes, this is the class for you. Come join us and have fun while getting fit!

Cycle Fit: A non-impact, individually paced, non- competitive group training system designed for all riders and fitness levels. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun. Using stationary spinning bikes that tempo to the music the instructors will get your heart pumping in a way you never thought was possible.

Gravity: Gravity Training System (GTS) classes employ a unique system of glide boards, pulleys, and progressive incline to create a continuously moving class that strengthens, lengthens, challenges your core as it provides a low-intensity cardiovascular workout. Participants stay on the same GTS unit for 30 minutes, combining weight training, aerobics, and core strengthening into one efficient class.

Kickboxing: Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. You can burn as many as 500 calories in a one-hour class and achieve a total body workout

PiYo: PiYo is a fusion workout based on the principals of Yoga and Pilates.  It is a low impact, yet high energy workout that will improve your balance, strength and flexibility as well as burn calories, promote weight loss and visibly improve muscle tone with regular practice.  

Silver Sneakers®: SilverSneakers® group exercise classes are appropriate for senior adults who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, unfamiliar with exercise, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat social environment.

Turbo kick: Turbo Kick is a workout that combines shadow boxing kick boxing sports drills simple dance moves and yoga in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate. Participants will feel strong athletic hip and powerful.

Yoga: Yoga is a form of exercise that uses various postures and breathing control to relax mind and body. Yoga stretches and tones muscles improving flexibility and body awareness. It is recommended you bring water and your own mat. Wear comfortable clothes. All other supplies are available on site.

Zumba: A hi-lo impact dance class with Latin style. Learn Salsa, Samba, Merengue and more while getting a great workout.
